• Use bots or scrapers, or attempt to overload or disrupt the service.
• Send abusive, illegal, or infringing content through support or chat.
• Impersonate another person or business.

Verification and limits

We may apply identity checks (KYC) and transaction limits, and may hold or decline transactions that fail risk screening.

Enforcement

We may warn, limit, suspend, or close accounts that breach this policy, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.
