Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because top-ups are delivered instantly and cannot be reversed, this policy explains exactly when you are charged and when you are refunded.
Failed delivery
If a top-up cannot be delivered, you are not charged โ or, if a charge was taken, it is refunded automatically to your original payment method.
Successful delivery
Because delivery is instant and final, a successfully delivered top-up generally cannot be refunded. Please double-check the recipient number before you pay.
Wrong number entered by you
We deliver to the number you enter. We cannot recover a top-up sent to a wrong number you provided, but contact support and we will help where we can.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact support@topupstreet.com with your transaction reference. We investigate duplicate and unauthorized charges and refund where appropriate.
How refunds are issued
