How long does delivery take?

Most top-ups arrive within seconds. Occasionally a network queues delivery for a few minutes.

My top-up is still pending — what now?

Pending top-ups resolve automatically. If it hasn't completed after a while, contact support with your receipt and we'll trace it.

What if delivery fails?

Failed top-ups are not charged, or are refunded. You can retry or reach support.
