How do I keep my account safe?

Use a strong, unique password and never share your login. Be wary of anyone asking for your password or a code — TopUpStreet staff will never ask for either.

I think someone accessed my account. What do I do?

Reset your password immediately (Sign in → Forgot password) — that signs out every other session — and contact support@topupstreet.com. We'll help review recent activity with you.
